Shrink tunnel machines help create neat film-wrapped packs for boxes, bottles, bundles, display products, cosmetics, FMCG items and multipacks. The goal is a clean finish, stable heat shrinking and smooth product movement through the tunnel.
The right setup depends on product size, film type, tunnel opening, conveyor speed, heat requirement and whether you need an L-sealer, side sealer or tunnel-only solution. A compact operation may use an L-sealer with shrink tunnel, while longer products or higher output may need a side sealing system.

How to choose
Measure product length, width and height after packing. Confirm film type such as POF, PVC or PP, expected speed and final finish. The sealing machine and tunnel must match each other; otherwise the seal may look fine but shrinking may be uneven.
Common mistakes
Do not compare only tunnel price. Check tunnel chamber size, conveyor capacity, power requirement and product height. If the product is too tall or film is unsuitable, finish quality will suffer even with a good tunnel.
